Reset with external keys
All user data will be lost!
- Download and install Flash Tool.
- Make sure that you have installed drivers for your USB cable.
- Turn of your device.
- Press and Hold Volume Down, and connect to USB.
- Accept all information.
- Turn off phone.
- Press and Hold together Power key + Volume Up for about few seconds, until the menu appears on the screen.
- Select from the menu option “wipe data/factory reset” using Volume UP/Down to navigate.
- Confirm with Power key.
- Choose “Yes – delete all user data“.
- Now, select “reboot system now“.
You can also perform resetting from main menu Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone > Erase Everything. Wait until the process ends.
